What we need

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, upselling additional products and services, and consulting clients on the use of our SEO tools, including LinkResearchTools, Link Detox, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Sistrix.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support, a strong understanding of SEO and its related tools, and a track record of successfully upselling and consulting clients. Fluency in English and C2 German is required for this role.

What you’ll do

  • Provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Upsell additional products and services to existing clients
  • Consult clients on the use of our SEO tools and how to effectively improve their search engine rankings
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress
  • Creation and maintenance of product documentation, FAQ, help tutorials but also response templates in Zendesk

Basic Requirements

  • Experience in customer support
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Fast learner and ability to adapt to new technologies quick
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
