Now with full Round Trip Google Disavow Support
Do you also find it annoying that already ignored links are always taken into account? We do. For this reason, we have integrated two additional upload functions. This is the first tool that now makes it possible to upload your analyzed and/or ignored links, and exclude them from all your future reports.
By combining the Link Detox Tool with the new Round Trip Google Disavow function, you can easily and immediately tell Link Research Tools which links to your site you want to ignore. It’s not required anymore to filter all your data tables manually. That’s definitely a step forward in cleaning up your unwanted backlinks.
The latest Link Research Tools update contains:
- New function: Round Trip Google Disavow
- New function: Advanced Link Detox upload options
- Goodie: Link Slices for all accounts

5 simple Steps to clean up your Backlink Profile with Round Trip Google Disavow
Step 1: Sign Up
Step 2: Create your first Report
Simply run a Link Detox to automatically detect all toxic links to your site. (Optional: Upload your own backlinks to increase the number of analyzed links even more)
Step 3: Double Check the Link Detox Analysis
Discover your toxic links. However, please keep in mind that we use very common spam link rules to identify bad links. Because it’s an automated process, some results might be wrong in certain edge cases.
Step 4: Export
Right from our proven detox technology, the new one-click export function creates a suitable export file for the Google Disavow Links Tool.
Step 5: Round Trip Google Disavow
Once you have ignored the desired links in Google, start an additional Link Detox and upload all your disavowed and/or ignored links to remove them from all future analysis (in all backlink reports).
Advanced Link Detox upload options
If you’ve done as much as you can to remove the problematic links, and ignored them already in Google, you obviously want to remove those links from your reports. That’s a good time to upload your Disavow / Ignore file to ignore these links in all your future backlinks reports. For an improved all-round package that boosts your backlink analysis, the new Round Trip Google Disavow function fulfills SEO’s much desired workflow.
Link Slices for all accounts
As a small goodie to use all the new Google Roundtrip Disavow functions, we have unlocked Link Slices in all accounts immediately!
Would you like to analyze a certain aspect of your reports, or do you want to analyze all your “disavowed & ignored links” in a separate report? Save certain sections or pre-selected data areas of your reports in a separate (partial) report and analyze them individually. Take advantage of a more detailed analysis of your selected data. Create as many slices as you want – without any extra credits.

Google Author ID
Within search results, information tied to verified online profiles will be ranked higher than content without such verification, which will result in most users naturally clicking on the top (verified) results. The true cost of remaining anonymous, then, might be irrelevance.
Eric Schmidt, CEO of Google
We improved our software for analysis of links by Google authors. This means we did the first step by introducing authorship-markup for each link that you analyze in the more complex tools like BLP and CLA (not quick mode). We help you compare your site to your competitors in terms of authors and the actual percentage of links coming from Google author profiles.
Stay tuned for more improvements regarding authorship and please let us know what you think.
Additional credits for EVERYBODY
As a additional goodie, we DOUBLED the number of Link Detox credits permanently! Have you already detoxed your site? Sign up to Link Detox here.
Doubled number of Links at Link Detox
More links at Link Detox for EVERYBODY! Our latest release increases the number of links per domain and analysis for up to 100,000 links per report (previously 50,000).
Link Alerts – Advanced e-mail notifications
A large team of SEOs or link builders often have the need to monitor different domains addressing different people and/or having different email addresses. This advanced functionality unlocks individual recipients per Link Alert and ensures that each Link Alert is reported directly to the correct recipients. As soon as we find new links, you will be notified via your provided email addresses with the strongest of the newly found links attached. This should normally happen twice a week.
Improved Export Functionality
Our ever increasing amount of link data is due to the immense number of link sources. This forced us to change our Excel output to XLSX, and will heavily increase your export speed. It also removes the limit of 65,000 data points as specified by the previous XLS format.
Social media activity is an ever increasing factor in rating the quality of a website. If the audience likes the content and posts comments on these topics, it’s a pretty clear factor that this content is indeed high quality. The newly added Facebook Comment metric allows you to measure all these Facebook activities even better. Facebook Comments are fully included in the “Basic Social Votes”, within the Facebook Shares, or standalone in the “Advanced Social Metrics” package.
Find your competitors at the QDC
Discover your top competitors for your desired keyword, search engine, and country. Choose between URL and domain results. You can identify up to 100 competitors per keyword.
