Looking Ahead – Link Detox V2

Of course, this is just the beginning for Link Detox. For this first release, we have concentrated on tedious and critical technical issues.

Here are some of the additional features we are currently working on:

  • Anchor text over optimization
  • Various link placement problems, such as too many footer links
  • Recognition of Pagerank penalties
  • Better detection of link networks and spam tools
  • Comparison with Google as unique “spam” designated URLs, if we manage to get enough data
  • Fine-tuning of the existing rules on the basis of user feedback
  • and much more …

As usual, the Cemper development team has their hands full!
In the coming weeks and months, we promise many extensive updates.

What is approximately the max recommended % of suspicious and toxic link recommended.

Hi, I like the program – but to remove toxic links the only solution is to send out email requests?..

is there a way to remove links without access to the websites?… I know this is unlikely but I was just wondering what you might recommend?

    Thanks

      Hy Dan,
there is a second way to ‘remove’ links without the necessity of contacting the webmaster of a website.
One of our DTOX features is the export for Google Disavow Tool. You can import your file of toxic links to Google Disavow and Google will soon start to ignore these links.

You can also read more about the feature here:

      Best,
      Robert
