2 CommentsWe now show the link position (numeric) and link location (graphical position on page) for every backlink we analyze for you! This opens great new possibilities for you!
This second part of the successful Link Research Tools release code, named “Quick Everywhere”, unlocks the Quick-Mode extension for our much used Common Backlinks Tool, the Missing Links Tool, and the Link Juice Thief. This function allows you to create a quick analysis of your competitors’ commonly linked targets and links that benefit your competitors in seconds not minutes.
Link Position and Link Location
Analyze the Position of a Link Position of backlinks via the HTML code position and graphical location on the linking page.
Right after our extensive update 2 weeks ago, where we released brand new metrics to analyze the strength (Power) and trustworthiness (Trust) of any URL or Domain (CEMPER Power™ and CEMPER Trust™), we have implemented new metrics to
- determine the location of a link in HTML code (link position)
- determine the graphical link location of a link on the linking page (link location, e.g. Footer).
These new metrics provide you with additional support in analyzing the quality of your links.

- Link Position on backlinking page in Percent
- LinkPos – Evaluates the link position based on the number of links of the page
- LinkPosPct – Evaluates the relative link position based on the number of links of the page
- LinkLoc – Declares the location of a link (e.g.: header, footer, content, comment…)
These additional metrics provide Link Research Tools users with additional parameters to evaluate the quality of links.

- Graphical Link Location of a link on backlinking pages compared in CLA
These metrics are now available in your Backlink Profiler and Competitive Landscape Analyzer reports.
A lot of users have been waiting for this functionality. If you find any abnormalities about the results, please let us know,
so we can fine-tune it.

Comparison by Link Type

I work with two publicly listed companies in Sweden and I use your tool in my work for them. Link Research Tools is one of the most important tools in my SEO work for clients since it gives me a lot of control of the links and the competitors. I can also focus my linking job to the most important links.

Finding the 'right' link sources with little effort and monitoring and optimizing the own link building activities. The Link Research Tools of CEMPER.COM offer the tools for it. You can analyze several SEO data sources at one time together with CEMPER.COM's own Juice parameter. Combining the individual tools offers a new, previously unutilized link building potential.

Hi,
Seems like a very interesting tool. I would like to give it a test run.
Hello,
I like that tool, but I have some questions about the new metrics. Could you please declare what “Paragraph” and “Link Position in Percent” means?
I looked after examples for “Paragraph” but these examples I would classify in “In Content” or “Link List”.
What does the number “45/67″ (at Link Position) mean? The Link is on position 45 of 67 on the page?
Thanks
